Hermoso apartamento, elegante y con encanto, funcional y con un diseño cuidado, con todo lo necesario junto al mar, tiene capacidad para tres, cuatro personas máximo, una cama doble tamaño XL y el sofá cama doble. Almacenaje en canapé debajo de la cama y canapé debajo de sofá, además dispone de armario ropero. Aire acondicionado y calefacción calor azul, televisión en el salón, así como cocina equipada, vitrocerámica, horno, nevera, cafetera, microondas. Situado al lado de las playas, Avenida Borbón, puerto de Barcelona, las Ramblas, universidad, muy bien conectado.
