Prices exclude admin and cleaning fees. The cleaning fee needs to be paid at check in.

Bills:

Utility bills are included up to a limit: 130 EUR for 1-bedroom apartments, 150€ for 2-bedroom apartments, 180€ for 3-bedroom apartment , 200€ for 4- and 5-bedroom apartments.

  • A lease agreement/contract will be requested to sign outside the Spotahome platform, with the same conditions as in the reservation.
