The apartment is well equipped with a newly renovated kitchen and all the necessary facilities as well as a bright and stylishly furnished living room. It is decorated throughout with pieces of modern art work that lend interest and make this property unique.
La Barceloneta is the old fisherman's district and is located right on the seashore. With its long, sandy beach that attracts people at all times of year, this neighbourhood has a relaxed ocean-side feel and a slower pace of life. Here you will find plenty of characterful bars and locals living alongside expats in this delightful and laid-back area.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine with a cold drink.
- The apartment is tastefully decorated in neutral colours and has some characterful details such as the art work.
- AC will be a welcome feature during the hot summer months.
- A dishwasher is an added luxury, saving you time on washing up.
- This is a fantastic location for those who like seafood - some of the best fish restaurants in the city can be found here.
