This 35 m² apartment is located in a charming historic building, and has been recently renovated to a very high standard. The property offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area with a dining table, sofa, television and a washer-dryer.

The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of El Born, one of the best places to live in Barcelona. There are plenty of attractions nearby, include the Ciutadella Park, the Picasso Museum and the stunning Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar. You can also walk to the beach in 20 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been modernised while maintaining its old building charm.
  • The fantastic central location is close to bars, shops, restaurants and some of the city's main attractions.
  • The bathroom has a mirror and offers good storage space.
  • The kitchen is very well-equipped for cooking, including a stove and an oven.
  • The apartment has brand new appliances and accessories.

Things to keep in mind

  • The bedroom only has a small window, but there is a ceiling fan to keep you cool while you sleep.

    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
