All appliances very recent (oven, fridge, dishwasher) + microwave, water heater. Central heating and air conditioning. Washing machine (laundry can be hung on the terrace of the building). Alarm Wifi Internet 5G, printer Cleaning every 2 weeks. Landlord uses the flat 6 months a year. Books, music, decoration will remain. Location: Located next to Montjuic and its parks, museums, etc. Ideal for walking or jogging. Family area without many tourists. The area is very well connected: there's a metro station on the green line (3) 50m away - 'Poble Sec' stop; the red metro line 'Rocafort' station and the lila line 'Sant Antoni' are just a few minutes' walk away. There are also numerous bus routes. Metro stop line 3 (green)' Poble-Sec, (3 stops to get to the 'Liceu', door-to-door 10 minutes and about 20 min walk).
