A newly renovated, fully furnished, 45 m², 2-bedroom apartment is for rent in the Sant Antoni neighborhood. The apartment has been stylishly decorated with colorful furniture and artwork, which are complemented by all the natural light that comes in through the large windows. The common room is the kitchen/dining room which is furnished with a table for four, and opens up onto the balcony. There is 1 full bathroom to share.

The apartment is located in the Sant Antoni area of L’Eixample Esquerra. There is a main avenue minutes from the apartment where you can find shops, bars, and restaurants. This where you will also find the Poble Sec metro stop served by line 3.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment receives a lot of natural light and has beautiful wooden floor boards.
  • Bedroom 1 has its own private balcony.
  • The bathroom has been fully renovated and has under-sink storage.
  • The whole apartment has been totally renovated, and you can move right in!
  • The apartment is well-connected to the city with a metro stop less than 5 minutes away on foot.
  • There is high-speed Wi-Fi.
