This 43 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent in the Barri Gòtic district is fully furnished to sleep up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the last floor of the building providing it with a large private terrace. There is an open-layout kitchen and living room, which allows the natural light to travel. The apartment has a nice rustic-decor with wooden ceilings and brick walls.

The apartment is in the heart of Barcelona in Barri Gòtic, just 2 minutes from the famous Las Ramblas. You are surrounded by shops, restaurants, and a lively atmosphere full of tourists and locals. The closest metro stop is also just a 5-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • The private terrace has an area of 20 m².
  • The living room has AC and a large flat-screen TV.
  • You can eat your meals at the dining table, breakfast bar, or outside on the terrace.
  • The bathroom is quite large and has multiple storage units and a washing machine.
  • The famous Las Ramblas is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • The building does not have an elevator, but the private terrace is worth the extra exercise.
