2 bedroom apartment, very modern, with large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuit) and open plan leaving room/ kitchen is fully furnished and equipped for maximum comfort stay including air condition, dishwasher, washing maching, etc. It is located right in the city center and has many services just around the apartment like public transport, supermarkets, shops, take away food, etc.

This modern apartment is available to rent on Carrer de Guàrdia in El Raval. The apartment is fully-equipped and stylish. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, whilst the second room has twin beds. The living room is bright, and has access to the balcony. The apartment is newly renovated, and everything is spotless.
The apartment is on the third floor of a building without elevator.
