What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Bright and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, one with double bed, and the other with twins. A complete bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room is spacious with a small balcony, a kitchen, and a dining table. The charges (water, electricity, internet..) aren't included in the rental price, to cover them a monthly prepayment of three-hundred euros is to be made The final cleaning fee is ninety euros. The damage deposit is equivalent to two month's rent. This apartment is for vacation and leisure use. There are works in the public area in front of the building "Boqueria". The works are alien to Habitat Apartments, we do not have control over them
