The kitchen is open, and it has a dishwasher, an electric stove, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, plenty of storage space, and a large fridge. The living room is stylishly decorated, and it has a comfy sofa, a TV, storage space, and a sizable balcony that opens up to a quiet street, where you can sit and soak up the Barcelona sun. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious and cosy, and they have everything you might need. And in bedroom 1 there is even a small balcony! The bathroom is modern, and it has a large shower and plenty of storage space.
This 90 m² apartment is on Carrer dels Canvis nous in El Born; one of Barcelona's most desirable neighborhoods to live in. Centrally located, you'll enjoy quick walks into the city center or to the Barceloneta beach. With plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes to enjoy in the area, you'll never be bored in El Born!
