Muy buena comunicación con transporte público (bus, metro, ferrocarril) y centro histórico a dos minutos a pie. El inmueble está situado en un primer piso, consta de 30 m2 distribuidos en sala de estar con cocina americana totalmente equipada, un dormitorio y un baño con ducha. Cuenta con aire acondicionado bomba de calor, ascensor, TV, WIFI. NOTAS: Este apartamento está destinado exclusivamente a alojamiento temporal y no se permite la residencia permanente ni el empadronamiento en la dirección del apartamento. Se formalizará un contrato de alquiler temporal y antes de la llegada al inmueble será necesario validar la documentación requerida de la capacidad de pago, motivo de estancia temporal y se deberá abonar los pagos que se determinen en el contrato, así como el depósito pertinente. Este alojamiento está situado en una finca residencial. No se permiten fiestas ni ruidos en ningun caso. El uso del aire acondicionado está sujeto a unas normas de uso. Checkin entre 12h-20h.
