This 110 m², 2 bedroom duplex apartment has it all. This bright and open space is very definition of contemporary. Lots of living space and beautiful decor. We love it, and we're certain you will too!

Living here, you're in one of the oldest parts of the city. Many of the narrow streets here are pedestrian only, by necessity. Hidden bars, secret terraces, and surprise plazas, it's a great place to escape the heat of the summer sun in the shaded alleyways. But it's only a short walk from more open areas. You can even walk to the beach in about 20-minutes.

What we liked the most

  • We love the mixture of exposed brickwork and glass. Very modern and chic!
  • The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
  • The beautiful Parc de la Ciutadella is just a short walk away.
  • Mercat de Santa Caterina is close by too – a great place to spend an afternoon sampling varied cuisines. And check out that unique rooftop!

Things to keep in mind

  • The master bedroom has a glass wall to the living area. Don't worry though, there are blinds for privacy!
