What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Nice and spacious centrally located flat, recently refurbished and decorated in2024. It has the double advantage of being in a very quiet and not very busy street but at the same time being very well located in the centre of Sitges so you can access all the main points of interest in less than 5 minutes walking. If you come by car, you can leave it in one of the 4 large car parks nearby. During the whole time of your stay in Sitges you will not need to use your car for anything. ​ The space The flat is located on the first floor of a building that has a lift, but you will access without using the lift. In a block of flats with only 6 neighbours spread over 3 floors. It has 3 bedrooms: - 2 double rooms with beds of 1,40 by 2,00. New and upgraded built-in wardrobes - 1 single room with a bunk bed with two 90 cm wide beds, and a shelf/chest of drawers with 5 drawers for storing clothes. All beds are equipped with duvet covers, sheets and pillows. There is also another duvet cover, a set of sheets and pillows in case you want to use the sofa-bed for sleeping. It has a complete bathroom with a large shower, washbasin and vanity unit. ​ The kitchen is fully equipped - 1 fridge / freezer - 1 washing machine - 1 dishwasher - 1 oven - 3 gas hobs - 1 microwave oven - 1 coffee machine with capsules - 1 kettle It also has frying pans, pots and pans, crockery set, cutlery and cooking utensils, dish drainer. ​ The living room has: - 1 sofa convertible into a double bed 140 cm wide - 1 central table with a top cover that can be raised for more comfort if you want to eat something while watching TV. - 1 TV cabinet with 1 32-inch smart TV, with Android system and Chromecast to be able to access the TV channels. various internet applications. ​ - 1 TV cabinet with 1 40-inch smart TV, with Android system and Chromecast for accessing various internet applications.
