In the ground-floor of the building, there is a twenty-four-seven Supermarket. Located two min walking to the Bogatell beach, just crossing the Park, the apartment is located in the Rambla del Poblenou where you have many restaurants to eat, bars to enjoy. You will have a HUGE PLAY-GROUND for kids in front of the build (in the park). This is the only seafront location where the road goes into a tunnel below the park, instead of listen the cars noise, you enjoy the birds singing. Bus stops and subway few minutes from the build. Garage inside the building including in the rent.
