What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment is located in super centric place of the city walking distance from Plaza Catalunya and in oje min from Arco de Triunfo and the best parc of the city Ciutadella , sevral min walking to the sea and the beaches (location is El Born) Best advantages of the apartment is TOP central location and that is quiet . The flat is totally renovated with everything you need for comfort living(all amenities) Landlord is nice and helpful

This one bedroom apartment is available for rent, giving you a studio set-up with extra breathing room. The apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space in the bedroom, which also has a double bed and exterior window. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath, separated from the rest of the apartment. There is also an exterior terrace and television in the living area.

El Born is a fabulous neighbourhood, in high demand and offering great access to all of Barcelona's best features; beaches, culture, food, beauty and nightlife. Being in this area gives you the option of living how you want, and transport links to other parts of the city are never more than a few minutes' walk away.
