This spacious 150 square meter apartment.

The space features a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch smart TV. An additional highlight is the private gym within the apartment, allowing you to maintain your exercise routine in complete privacy.

There are two full bathrooms, both with showers, toilets, hot water and essential toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes a refrigerator, induction stove, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machines and a dishwasher.
