This 60 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is a stunning duplex located a short walk from Gaudi's famous Park Güell. The ground floor has open-concept living room and kitchen with big windows looking out onto a scenic view. The spiral staircase leads you upstairs where you find the large double room and the 2nd twin room. Upstairs is where you also find the stylish bathroom.

Gràcia is known for its small-town charm and pedestrian-friendly streets. More residential and peaceful, this area is great if you enjoy being surrounded by parks. There also plenty of plazas worth visiting to have a drink with friends or sit back and people watch. You are well-connected to the rest of the city by bus and metro.

What we liked the most

  • We love the living room and kitchen – a perfect layout for entertaining.
  • Bedroom 1 has big windows that keep it sunny and fresh.
  • The kitchen island can be used as a workstation, breakfast bar, and for extra storage.
  • There is an additional wardrobe in the upstairs corridor.
  • The apartment is near several hospital which could be convenient if you work in the medical field.
