This recently renovated and luminous 60 m ², 3-bedroom apartment is available to rent as a whole on Plaça de la Vila de Madrid. The living room has plenty of seating space as there is a couch, a number of individual chairs and a dining table. The living room is the only room with air conditioning and it also has a balcony with a view toward the street outside. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, which you can share with friends and family in the spacious living room.
Living in Barri Gòtic you will be surrounded by history, much of the architecture dates back to the Roman ages and there are plenty of famous museums to visit nearby. The property is not far from the beach and the streets outside are home to plenty of small shops and pleasant restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The red furniture in the living room provides perfect contrast to the otherwise very white interior.
- There are 2 balconies. One with a view of the outside street with access from the living room and one which overlooks the interior patio and is in bedroom 3.
- All bedrooms come with plenty of storage space and windows letting natural light.
- Catalunya rail station, from where you can get multiple train and metro lines, is less than 5 minutes away.
