Spotahome's opinion
Fabulous studio in the heart of Barcelona. With capacity for one person, it is located in the Born district, very close to Santa Maria del Mar and Plaza St Jaume.
The flat is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival. It also has an equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
There is no private parking. However, there is a public car park about 250 metres from the flat.
The building does not have a lift and you have to climb 32 steps to get to the flat.
Things to keep in mind
Admin fee:
- 1-2 months: 500€ + VAT.
- 3-5 months: 750€ + VAT.
- 6-9 months: 1000€ + VAT.
- 10-11 months: 1500€ + VAT.
Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Monthly utilities fee: 150 euros. At the end of the stay the real cost will be calculated. In case the consumption is significantly exceeded in some of the months, the tenant will be informed and an extra charge will be made.
