A spacious 57 m², 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in El Raval, Barcelona. The apartment opens up to a large living space with plenty of sources of entertainment and seating space, great for hosting guests. There is access to a private balcony through bedroom 1, which comes complete with a window that when shut blocks out all the noise from the busy street.

The property is located on Carrer du Sant Pau in El Raval, Barcelona. Las Ramblas is a 3-minute walk away, which is home to come of Spain's most beautiful markets, so why buy your groceries at the supermarket when you can get them fresh and locally produced? The property is 3 minutes away from the Liceu metro station, connected to L3, so you've got great connections with the rest of the city. Many of Barcelona's greatest sights are within walking distance of the property as well as many great restaurants and bars, you'll never be bored living here.

Things to keep in mind

  • The entrance door to the flat is very low, so if you are tall you will have to bend down, but the rest of the flat is normal.
