This large 55 m² apartment can be found on Carrer de Sant Pacià, El Ravel, right the heart of Barcelona. The modern, stylish apartment is furnished including a double bed in each bedroom, a full-size refrigerator with a freezer, washing machine, microwave and oven.

El Raval is a diverse area worth exploring, with many attractions like the Biblioteca de Catalunya and Sant Pau del Camp within a 10 minute walk. You will also find many restaurants, and a concert hall close by.

What we liked the most

    • Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
  • Payment:
    • You have 3 options to pay the balance:
    • Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
    • Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
    • Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
  • Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay):16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
