Located in Barcelona's charming Poble-sec neighborhood, is this fully renovated 62 m², 2-bedroom apartment. The living room opens up onto a balcony overlooking the street and comes with stylish furnishings including a large dining table, couch, and a flat-screen TV. The walk through kitchen leads you to the bedrooms and provides an elegant all-white design.
The apartment is on the busy Avenida del Paraŀlel, but its interior rooms provide a tranquil atmosphere. Living in Poble-sec is all about location. Like the mountains? Check. Want to sunbathe on the beach? Check. Love getting lost down winding cobblestone streets? Check. You have it all within reach!
What we liked the most
- We love the white brick walls – an elegant touch!
- Xavi the homechecker really loved the unique lighting fixtures.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and even comes with a 6-person dining set.
- There is a security camera in the entrance.
- You are 2 or 3 stops away from the beach.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 1st floor, but there are quite a few stairs.
- You must pass through Bedroom 1 to access the washing machine.

YOU NEED PROOF OF TEMPORARY STAY TO BE ACCEPTED. Only temporal stays are allowed, up to 11 months, and with no possibility of extension.

If your booking is for two months or less, the full amount of the stay must be paid before check in.

- If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. NO CHECKINGS AFTER 12AM.
- Keys:
- Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
- Payment:
- You have 3 options to pay the balance:
- Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm, maximum 1500€ per person)
- Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
- Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
- For contracts starting on or after the 16th of the month, the remainder of the following month's rent must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
- Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay): 16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.
