This is a gorgeous and bright apartment, with excellent courtyard views right from your kitchen window. The bedroom features stunning street views of the neighborhood. This apartment is fully furnished and includes an equipped kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.

The property is located in a tranquil neighborhood, with a bakery right up the street! There are many shopping outlets, cafés, and businesses nearby. This is a great place for students and professionals, as it is within close proximity to various university campuses and the business district. Public transport is easily accessible, with multiple ways to get wherever you need!
