Recently renovated apartment with great taste and high quality materials for demanding tenants.  

The day area consists of a large living room very bright and elegant, with separate reading area. The wonderful original ceilings are still preserved. The apartment has a splendid kitchen, fully equipped with top of the range appliances.  

The night area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of them en suite, dressing room and 2 complete bathrooms with shower. 

Located very close to Urquinaona Square and Parc de la Ciutadella. It is very well communicated. It is a few meters from the subway stop Arc del Triomf L1.
