It is a spacious and bright apartment in Carrer del Villarroel. It has everything necessary to enter to live comfortably. Among its main features, it has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms. It also has a large living room with integrated kitchen and fully equipped, with all the necessary appliances.
The dining room is very bright and has access to a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the pleasant climate of the city. There is also air conditioning, Internet and Wifi included in the price.
The apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city, with metro and bus stop. The nearest metro stop is Urguel L1, which is only a few steps away.
