Apartment with an excellent location, very close to the Poble Nou Olympic Village, offering numerous amenities nearby and superb transport links to various parts of the city. Surrounded by supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and educational centers.

The apartment is fully furnished and has 42m2 very well distributed. Upon entering, we find the living-dining room with access to a lovely balcony overlooking the city.  

The kitchen is an open-plan style and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for comfortable living. There is also a laundry area.

In the sleeping area, there is a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and a full bathroom with shower.

The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating. WiFi and internet access are also included in the price.

The apartment is perfectly connected to the rest of the city. Just steps from the Llacuna L4 metro station.
