The house is fully furnished with top quality materials. The day area consists of a bright and sunny living room, kitchen equipped with all appliances. 

The night area consists of two double bedrooms with wardrobes. One of the rooms has a double desk, perfect for studying or working. The property has two complete bathrooms with a shower and a practical washing machine. 

The house has air conditioning and heat pump heating. 

Minimum stay of 6 months. 

Sant Gervasi, is one of the most select residential areas in Barcelona. This neighborhood offers a wide range of restaurants with the advantage of having an excellent connection to the city center.
