Monthly rental apartment (from 32 days to 11 months) In 45 square metres of optimally distributed space you will find all the comforts you need for your stay in Barcelona. As you enter the flat you will find the entrance hall that connects to a large and bright hallway that leads to the practical living-dining room with access to a lovely balcony where you can enjoy the privileged climate of the city. The flat has an independent kitchen, fully equipped, with all the appliances and utensils for your day to day life. The sleeping area has two comfortable double bedrooms with wardrobes and a complete bathroom with shower. The property has electric heating and air conditioning in the living room. It also has wifi included in the rental price. In an excellent location, the flat has several services and shops around it, such as bank branches, supermarkets, less than 10 minutes walking. Close to different attractions such as the CosmoCaixa Science Museum or the Turó del Putxet Park with beautiful views of the city, as well as various restaurants and bars. It also has great connectivity with the rest of the city, having only 6 minutes walking distance to Vallarca metro station (L3) as well as several bus lines.
