This is a spacious apartment on Consell de Cent street, located in the Eixample Esquerra district, with the charm of the area's homes.
It has 95 m2, very well distributed and utilized. The living area features a bright living-dining room with access to a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the city's wonderful climate.
Next, we came across a fantastic separate kitchen with all high-end appliances.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds. Two of them have access to lovely, enjoyable terraces. The apartment has two full bathrooms with showers.
In addition, the apartment has a practical office, with plenty of natural light, perfect for studying or working.
