Located in one of Barcelona's most exclusive neighborhoods, Sant Gervasi-Galvany, about a 7-minute walk from the wonderful Turó Park, we find this magnificent fully furnished and equipped apartment of about 70m2 perfectly distributed.
The living area comprises a spacious and tastefully decorated living and dining room. The kitchen is integrated and equipped with all high-end utensils and appliances.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms. Two are double rooms with twin beds, one of which is en suite. Another has a single bed and a desk, perfect for studying or working. The last room also has a single bed. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating. WiFi is also included in the rental price.
The location is excellent. Just a few minutes' walk to the Gracia bus stop.
