Located in an excellent neighborhood in Poblenou, a place where new technology companies mix with university campuses, hotels, and spectacular housing buildings, we find this cozy and bright apartment, located in an area very close to the beach (about 10 minutes walk).
It is fully furnished and equipped, ready to move in. It has 54 mt2 perfectly distributed. The day area consists of a beautiful living room, decorated with great taste with exit to a small balcony. The kitchen is integrated and has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware.
The night area consists of two very luminous double rooms, which share a complete bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating, and TV. It also has wifi included in the rental price.
The apartment is located in a very quiet street, surrounded by all kinds of shops and a few steps from the metro Poblenou.
