Spacious and beautiful flat for rent in one of the best areas of Barcelona, the Sants - Montjuïc district. It is a 72 m2 flat, fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to move in. 

The day area consists of a bright living-dining room perfect to rest after a long day of studies and work. The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary utensils and appliances.

The sleeping area has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed. One of the double bedrooms has access to a beautiful 6m2 balcony. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. The flat also has a large studio, ideal for studying or working.

The flat has an internet connection. 

Sants - Montjuïc is a quiet residential area, but at the same time one of the best places, as it is very central and perfectly connected to the rest of the city. It is a 17-minute walk from Barcelona Sants train station and very close to the beautiful Montjuïc monument and Plaza España.

The flat is surrounded by all kinds of commerce, restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of shops, and a few steps away from the metro Badal (L5).
