This is a spacious and bright apartment located in Fort Pienc in the Eixample district. Ideal for a family or people who come to study or work for a season in Barcelona. 

Upon entering you will find a spacious living room with access to a nice furnished terrace completely outside of about 8m2.

The kitchen is independent and has all the necessary appliances such as oven, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, kitchen utensils. In addition to vacuum cleaner, washing machine and iron.

The sleeping area consists of 3 spacious bedrooms with double bed and sharing two full bathrooms with shower.

The apartment has air-conditioned heating radiators and wifi.

The apartment is located in a central and residential area. Nearby you will find many parks and green areas. Just behind the building is the beautiful Jardines de Lina Ódena Park, where there is a playground and where you can enjoy the spring evenings.

It is very close to the Parc de la Ciutadella, beaches and 15 minutes walk from the center and the Sagrada Familia.

It is also located a few steps from the Parque de la Estación del Norte and the subway Arco de Triunfo (L1) and Marina (L1).
