This is a modern, renovated apartment of approximately 55 m2, perfectly distributed. Upon entering, you will find a bright and tastefully decorated living-dining room. The living room opens onto a lovely interior terrace of about 4 m2.
The kitchen is open-plan and American-style. It has all the necessary utensils and high-end appliances, such as a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and ceramic hob.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.

The apartment is located in the Sants-Montjuïc district, in the Poblesec neighborhood, specifically on Poeta Cabanyes street. This is a very quiet, residential area. Nearby, you'll find all kinds of shops, including supermarkets, pharmacies, general stores, and restaurants.
Furthermore, the apartment is located a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Montjuic Castle, an old military fortress that boasts countless tourist attractions such as viewpoints, sports facilities, museums, gardens, and more.
You can also reach Plaza España in just a few minutes. The nearest metro station is Paral·lel (L2 and L3).
