This 70m2 apartment is very well distributed and has everything you need to make your temporary stay in Barcelona a pleasant one.
Upon entering, you find the living room with a large and comfortable sofa where you can rest and relax. The kitchen is very modern and independent, it is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you will need from your arrival.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has access to the balcony overlooking the street and a desk space. All bedrooms have spacious closets where you can store everything you need.
The apartment has an outdoor laundry space. It also has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The neighborhood of Collblanc in Hospitalet de Llobregat is an area that is very well supplied, in the surroundings we find all kinds of stores, bars and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. At 4 minutes we find the Collblanc Market.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from the station "Collblanc" (L5/L9S/L10S), and 15 minutes from the famous sports complex "Camp Nou".
