This modern apartment located in the Sants neighborhood has everything you need during your temporary stay in Barcelona.

The day area consists of a spacious and bright living room, which has access to a balcony from where you can relax and enjoy a coffee. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with the necessary appliances and utensils so you can cook from your arrival, such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and toaster.

The sleeping area has a bedroom with double bed and closet. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.

The apartment has a split air conditioning and heating by heat pump. It also has 100mb of fiber optic as wifi.

The apartment is located in Sugranyes Street, in a very quiet area. It is fully supplied with all the services you need as well as bars, restaurants and green areas. The famous stadium of Barcelona (Campo Nou) is located 13 minutes walk away. The Hospital Universtari Dexeus, the shopping center L'illa Diagonal and the university area where several faculties are located are very close to the apartment.

The Sants station (L3/L5), which is the main train station of the city so you can take trains to national and international destinations is located about 20 minutes walk, and 15 minutes away is the Park of Industrial Spain, this is a very quiet area, perfect for walking, sports and outdoor activities. 

The nearest station is "Badal" (L5), located 1 minute walk away.
