It is a fantastic duplex designed with touches of high tech style, which provides a very modern atmosphere to the whole space. The apartment is spacious and very luminous thanks to the tile and windows in the surroundings that incorporate natural light. The living room is a comfortable space where you can relax and quietly enjoy your favorite programs, it also has a small storage space. 

The kitchen is independent and very modern, it is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils for cooking at home, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher.

The sleeping area has a bedroom suite, with double bed and closet.

On the second level you will find the, never better called, cherry on the cake: a spectacular terrace of 50m2 fully furnished and enjoying incredible views of the city. 

The apartment has air conditioning, heating and high speed wifi.

Its location is excellent and strategic, in the heart of Barcelona. A few minutes from Plaza Catalunya, Plaza Urquinaona, Via Laietana and Paseo de Gracia. Surrounded by all kinds of stores, restaurants, trendy bars and supermarkets.

It has a perfect communication with the metro, train and bus, and all kinds of public transport stops. A 4-minute walk from the square and Urquinaona station (L1/L4).

The Arc de Triomf and the Parc de la Ciutadella, located approximately 8 minutes away, are the ideal place for outdoor activities such as walks and sports; and you will also find a wide range of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.
