Strategically located between Rosselló and Marina Streets, in this modern apartment you will find all the comfort you are looking for to stay in Barcelona.
The day area has a bright living room where the gray of the wall allows to highlight the cheerful colors used as part of the decoration. From the living room you have access to the elongated balcony that connects to the bedroom, and has a corner view to the outside.
The kitchen is independent, in this space you will find all the necessary utensils to cook at home as well as essential appliances such as ceramic hob, fridge and oven.
The bedroom is comfortable, has a double bed, TV, and a spacious closet. A second bedroom, equipped as a study, is the ideal place to work or study at home. The apartment has a large bathroom with shower.

Located in the neighborhood of Sagrada Familia, within the district of l'Eixample, a few meters from the Sagrada Familia, monumental work of the most famous Catalan architect, Antonio Gaudi. The Avenida Gaudí, located a few steps from the apartment, is an avenue that breaks diagonally with the urban grid, with a series of bars and avant-garde cafes where people gather to enjoy the spectacular view of the basilica.
This area of Barcelona has a residential atmosphere, very familiar and close. It has all kinds of essential services around it such as: supermarkets, local commerce, bars and restaurants with terraces, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of Barcelona.
