This is a comfortable apartment of 50m2, in the upper area of Barcelona, completely ready to move in.

The day area has a cozy living room, where you can relax and enjoy your favorite programs on the comfortable sofa. The kitchen is independent and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook from the day of arrival, you will find utensils and appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and the inevitable coffee maker.

The night area has 1 double bedroom and the bathroom is complete with shower. 

The apartment has heating by electric radiators (in the living room 1 and the bedroom), and also has wifi.

The Carmelo area is a neighborhood in the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona, located in the upper part of Barcelona. In the surroundings you can find all kinds of essential services such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants.

Surrounded by green areas such as the Creueta del Coll Park or the Carmelo Park, where you can not only do outdoor activities but also enjoy the incredible views of Barcelona.

A 7 minute walk away are the metro stations "El Carmel" and "El Coll/La Teixonera", and 15 minutes away the beautiful and renowned Parc Güell.
