Available only for rentals of more than 32 days for leisure, vacation, recreational or cultural purposes, and provided that they are accompanied by the corresponding documentation that proves said purpose.
Located within a pleasant community, we find this modern and very cozy 35m2 house, where you can enjoy the social life offered by each of the common corners and spaces, without neglecting your privacy.
Upon entering, you're greeted by the open-plan living and kitchen, where exposed brick and wooden beams create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to start cooking from the moment you arrive.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, wardrobe and a full bathroom with shower.
In addition, on the rooftop you'll find the terrace area, where each cottage has its own private space to enjoy afternoon snacks or simply a relaxing day. The community also has a shared laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
The apartment has a laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi.
A superb area, belonging to the Gracia district. It boasts all kinds of shops and services, and also has excellent public transport connections.
Surrounded by green areas such as the famous and traditional Park Güell, the Guinardó Park, which is one of the largest in Barcelona, the Doctor Pla i Armengol Gardens and the Water Park, where you can enjoy the wonderful views offered by the viewpoints.
Within 5 minutes you will find:
