It is a modern and cozy apartment of 30m2 located in one of the best areas of Barcelona.

The space is spacious, bright and flexible. You will find a relax and entertainment area with a comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with all the utensils for cooking at home. The sleeping area is composed of a double bed and closet.  The bathroom is complete and has a shower.

The apartment is within the district of Les Corts, on Carrer de Joan Gamper. The neighborhood offers everything you could wish for, you will find supermarkets, bars, shopping centers, cinemas, green areas and all kinds of commerce. This area is ideal for people looking to live in a quiet and residential area, perfectly connected to the center and other areas of Barcelona.

Avinguda Diagonal and the Illa Diagonal shopping center are located a few steps from the apartment, where you will also find a number of bus stops and the streetcar.
