Upon entering you will be welcomed by the living room, where you can entertain yourself watching your favorite programs on the comfortable sofa. The kitchen is independent and has been fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to cook from the day of arrival. It also has a laundry area.
The bedroom has a double bed and the adjoining room has been equipped with a large closet and a practical desk, ideal for working or studying at home. The bathroom is complete and has a shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, radiator and wifi.
In addition, the apartment has access to a communal terrace for the private use of two apartments.
The location can not be better, in one of the most pleasant neighborhoods to live: Gracia. Not only for its proximity to the main points of the city, but also for its charm and beauty. The apartment is located in Carrer de Pau Alsina, surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
Nearby is the Paseo Sant Joan, a beautiful road that invites you to take walks, sports or outdoor activities. All along the way you will find a varied gastronomic offer in the terraces that open onto this green promenade, which ends at the Arc de Triomphe and the Parc de la Ciutadella.
