Fully furnished and equipped apartment available for seasonal rental, for residential purposes only and not offered as tourist accommodation. The stay is for a specific period consistent with the documented reason for temporary stay, therefore the apartment cannot constitute the tenant's primary and permanent residence.
This is a bright, furnished 90m2 apartment, located in one of the best areas of Barcelona.
The living area comprises a modern living and dining room enveloped in a charming and inviting atmosphere. The living room opens onto a lovely terrace, ideal for relaxing after a long day while enjoying the sunny weather that Barcelona has to offer. The immaculate kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the space and is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking at home, such as a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.
The sleeping area consists of 3 comfortable double bedrooms, each with a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms is a suite, and the other 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower.

The location is unbeatable, situated on Carrer del Roselló, next to Av. Diagonal and steps from Paseo de Gracia and Paseo de Sant Joan.
This is one of the best areas in Barcelona, with all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. It is also located near major tourist attractions such as the impressive works of architect Gaudí, Casa Pedrera and Casa Batlló.
Passeig Sant Joan, one of Barcelona's most beautiful avenues, is a 4-minute walk away, perfect for strolling, playing sports, and enjoying other outdoor activities. Along its length, you'll find a diverse culinary scene with terraces overlooking this tree-lined avenue, which culminates at the iconic Arc de Triomf and Ciutadella Park.
Just a few minutes away are Las Ramblas, another famous street full of shops, stores and restaurants that lead us to Plaza Catalunya, the most important square in the city.
The nearest station is "Verdaguer" (L4 / L5) 1 minute from the apartment.
