Spacious apartment located in Eixample, a step away from the Sagrada Familia, has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
The day area is a bright and spacious living room with access to 2 cozy balconies overlooking Avenida Diagonal. This space has been decorated with an elegant and avant-garde style. The sofa bed will be your ally to receive visitors, or simply to enjoy a movie.
The modern kitchen has quality finishes such as Silestone countertop and has been equipped with the latest in high-end electrometric. It also has a bar with a wooden finish that works perfectly as a fast food area, in addition to providing more space for cooking.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, each with closet. The bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower and toilet. An additional space has been equipped as a practical office, ideal for work or academic activities as appropriate.
The apartment has a laundry area and is equipped with air conditioning and high speed wifi.
The location could not be better. In the heart of Avenida Diagonal, in the central and quiet neighborhood of Eixample; surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of stores.
The apartment is located a few blocks from the Sagrada Familia, a monumental work of the Catalan architect Gaudi. Two large squares, located at the back and front of the basilica, serve as public spaces where you can enjoy outdoor activities.
The nearest station is located 5 minutes from the apartment, “Monumental” (L2). On Diagonal Avenue you will also find a series of bus stops as well as a great gastronomic offer.
