This modern, brand-new apartment is located in Villa de Gracia and has all the amenities to ensure you enjoy the best stay in the Catalan city.
The exposed brick walls give the space a very warm and welcoming feel, while also enveloping the environment in an avant-garde style.
The living area comprises a spacious living and dining room with an integrated kitchen. The kitchen features a bar that, in addition to providing extra cooking space, is the focal point, where you can prepare delicious dishes and enjoy snacks with your guests.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms; however, the beds can be separated and converted into single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and access to a balcony overlooking Carrer de Sant Pere Martir. They share a full bathroom with a shower.
Every detail has been considered to ensure a quiet and peaceful living environment. For this reason, the apartment features aluminum window frames, which provide superior acoustics; and the air conditioning is integrated and operates silently.

Just a minute away is the neighborhood's main square, where people gather in the bars, restaurants, and shops around the famous 19th-century Clock Tower.
