This cozy and comfortable 73m2 fully furnished apartment located in Barrio Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i La Ribera, has everything you need to enjoy your temporary stay in Barcelona.
From the entrance you find a wide hallway that leads to the different areas of the apartment, in the day area you will find the living room with exposed brick, delivering a warm and intimate atmosphere. The adjoining kitchen has the utensils and appliances to facilitate your daily life.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with closet, a single bedroom and a dressing room/study with desk area. There is a full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet.
The location of the apartment is excellent, you can entertain yourself discovering the stores that hide its passages, in addition to having a wide gastronomic offer and different types of bars. Surrounded by culture you will have within walking distance the Palau de la Música Catalana, Picasso Museum of Barcelona or Banksy, the mythical Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar. Crossing Laietana The Gothic in its splendor with Plaza Sant Jaume, 1 minute walk from the Cathedral of Barcelona and many other typical attractions of the Catalan capital.
A step away from the Santa Caterina market you also have public transport at 5 minutes walk from the metro station Urquinaona (L1 - L4) or Sant Jaume (L4) and only 15 minutes from the train station - Estación de Francia.
