Spacious and bright 75sq m three-bedroom flat with a studio is waiting for you in the Sarrià neighbourhood for you to enjoy your stay in Barcelona. The day area consists of a nice living room with views of the city, very bright thanks to its large window, you will have natural light throughout the room. With sofa, TV, armchair, dining table and chairs to enjoy delicious dinners. Nearby you will find the independent gas kitchen, in very good condition. It includes all the necessary appliances so you can prepare your best recipes. Next to it you will have access to the laundry area. The night area consists of 3 bedrooms which are distributed as follows: The main bedroom is double, nice and practical with wardrobes and a chest of drawers with 4 drawers to store your belongings. The second bedroom is also a double room with wardrobe and a small table and chair, perfect if you need to study or work. The third bedroom is a single room with wardrobes and a practical table to study and finally a studio type room with two tables and two chairs so you can work or study in complete privacy, as well as comfortable wardrobes in case you need to store more belongings. A comfortable bathroom with shower and a guest toilet complete the flat. This flat includes heating, air conditioning in the living room, hot water and high speed wifi. The flat is located in Sarrià, an emblematic neighbourhood of Barcelona, residential and quiet, located in the upper area of the city. Traditionally, it has maintained a village character within the big city, with narrow and quiet streets, picturesque squares and a typical architecture of modernist and stately houses. In the surrounding area you will find different green areas such as the Villa Amelia Gardens, the Pedralbes Palace Gardens or the Maternity Gardens. Close to the Casal de Sarrià Civic Centre, the flat is surrounded by different services and shops, being less than 10 minutes walk from the Corte Inglés Diagonal and a little further from the L'illa Diagonal shopping centre. Sarrià combines a luxury residential atmosphere with a wide range of exclusive shops, restaurants and cafés. Its proximity to parks such as Collserola Park and its relaxed atmosphere make it one of the most desirable neighbourhoods to live in Barcelona. With privileged connectivity, it is just a stone's throw from one of the city's main arteries, Av. Diagonal, and with excellent access to public transport, with the metro and tram station, Maria Cristina (L3 / T1-T2-T3), being the closest one less than 5 minutes' walk away. Crossing Carrer Doctor Ferran, just in front of the flat, there is a stop on line V3 as well as stops on lines 6 and 34 that will take you to the centre of Barcelona.

Booking Information

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

It is necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.
  • Bills: A fixed consumption fee is paid each month. At the end of the stay, bills will be adjusted based on actual consumption if there has been excessive consumption.

  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Overnight guests: Permitted on an occasional basis, without additional costs. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
  • Your landlord speaks spanish, english, french and italian.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
