The stay is for a specific period consistent with the documented reason for temporary stay, therefore the apartment cannot constitute the tenant's primary and permanent residence.

The living area features an open-plan living and dining room with an integrated kitchen. From here, you can access a private interior patio, furnished for relaxing. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances for everyday use.
The sleeping area comprises three double bedrooms, the master bedroom being en suite with a full bathroom including a bathtub and shower, as well as a large built-in wardrobe. The two remaining bedrooms have a wardrobe and a desk.
