Located on the iconic Av. Diagonal, in the heart of L'Eixample, this spacious 112 m² apartment offers a comfortable and well distributed environment, ideal for students and professionals looking for a temporary stay in Barcelona.

Upon entering, you are greeted by a large living-dining room with plenty of natural light. The space has a cozy sofa, TV and a large table with seating for 6 people, perfect for sharing meals or moments of study and work. From here, you access an outdoor balcony overlooking the vibrant city, an ideal place to sip your morning coffee while feeling the rhythm of Barcelona.

The separate kitchen is surprisingly spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to cook comfortably. It has a breakfast table, ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee in a quiet atmosphere before starting the day. It also has a pantry area with sink and laundry area which provides even more functionality.

Booking Information

To speed up the booking process, please submit the required documentation for all tenants when booking.

It is necessary to prove the temporary nature of the stay with documentation (remote work for a limited time, work with a start and end date, studies, renovations in a habitual residence, tourism, medical treatment)

Fees:

  • Deposit: 2 months' rent (due before check-in). Refunded via bank transfer (any bank fees will be charged to the tenant).
  • Admin Fee: 1 month’s rent + VAT
  • TPT (Property Tax): Based on rental duration, 0.5% of the total booking duration.
  • Bills: A fixed consumption fee is paid each month. At the end of the stay, bills will be adjusted based on actual consumption if there has been excessive consumption.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank transfer or credit card.

  • Check-out Times:
    • Monday to Friday: Before 12:00 PM
    • Check-out cleaning fee: €99 - €260 (depending on apartment size, deducted from the deposit)
    • Early check-out: The contract cannot be shortened or canceled. A penalty equal to the 2-month deposit will apply.
    • A landlord inspection of the apartment will be scheduled the day before or on the day of check-out.

Rules:

  • Pets are generally not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in reservation cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Registration (empadronamiento): Allowed for stays of 3 months or more.
  • Overnight guests: Permitted on an occasional basis, without additional costs. Subletting is strictly prohibited.
  • Respect quiet hours. By signing the contract, you agree to behave responsibly on behalf of yourself and your companions.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
  • Your landlord speaks spanish, english, french and italian.

The reservation is considered confirmed once the required documentation and payment (equivalent to one month's rent) are received and accepted by the landlord.
