This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment located in the beachside neighborhood of Poblenou certainly has a lot to offer. It features a bright living room with stylish furnishings, an extendable table and chairs for added guests, a couch, and a TV. The kitchen is attractive and fully-equipped, and the bathroom is covered in marble. From the living room you can access the balcony which overlooks the quiet street below, perfect for sitting out on a warm evening.

Poblenou has everything you could possibly need in a close proximity. The apartment is located right by Plaça de les Glòries Catalanes as well as Avinguda Diagonal, where the tramway is located. You're incredibly close to the beach, so it's easy to enjoy the sand and sea on the weekend. If you're looking for something to do a little bit closer to home, check out Els Tres Porquets restaurant or Casa Aliaga.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony is an incredible feature, and the fact that the street below is quiet means you can enjoy it all the more!
  • There is an abundance of storage space throughout the apartment for all of your belongings.
  • We love how the apartment is decorated - everything is so modern and nice!
  • The location is very well-connected to transportation, and it's close to the beach.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
